In line with government advice, we have now closed our showroom and will not be offering outreach fittings or consultations until further notice.

We will continue to offer virtual consultations and wardrobe management, (via telephone or video link) as well as online shopping, for those wishing to make use of these services. Our thoughts and concerns are with everyone at this incredibly difficult time.

Virtual Appointments

Virtual appointments are available for new garments, via telephone or video platform. We will guide you through the entire process, from garment type and cloth selection (via swatches being sent), through styling options to finishing touches. Book via the contact page.

Wardrobe Management

With hours to fill at home, there’s never been a better time to organise your wardrobe. Clear out the old, prepare for the seasons ahead and fill any of the gaps in between. Managed via a virtual appointment on the telephone or your preferred video platform, book your slot via email to nyc@cadandthedandy.com.

Web Shop & Online Orders

The online shop is still up and running, shipping Gift Vouchers and our full range of stylish men’s accessories, worldwide.

We are operating in line with advice from local authorities and the World Health Organisation, ensuring all appropriate health and hygiene standards are adhered to in respect of processing and packaging orders. We also continue to work very closely with our shipping partners, making sure that all appropriate health and hygiene standards are adhered to.

COVID-19: A MESSAGE TO OUR CUSTOMERS

We understand that visiting your tailor may not be a top priority in these uncertain times. However, for those with garments already in production, or those wishing to place new orders, we are happy to report some measures we’ve put in place to assist and reassure you.



Visiting the Showroom

Firstly, you can still visit us in the showroom. We have implemented additional cleaning throughout the day, following government guidelines to ensure a safe, healthy environment for both staff and customers. We will be operating with revised trading hours as of next week, which can be viewed on the contact page. Appointments have also been spaced in the diary to avoid multiple bookings and allow time for appropriate cleaning between each customer. Fittings and consultations can be booked via the contact page.

Virtual Appointments

Secondly, we are offering virtual appointments, for new suits and wardrobe consultations, on the telephone or using a video platform. We will talk you through the entire process, from garment type and cloth selection (via swatches being sent), through styling options to finishing touches. Book via the contact page.

Outreach Service

Our third option is an outreach service, available to all customers in the Manhattan area, for new suits, shirts, separates, fittings and wardrobe management. Gift Vouchers
